Pros
Flexible PTO offerings - if you have coverage/can meet your deliverables, your PTO is flexible. WFA - Work from anywhere, not necessarily work from home Decent health coverage Paid well, mostly
Cons
Little to no organizaitonal structure, no training programs for new employees - even to onboard them into the company/explain the levels within the organization. Really spotty management, mangers are either full send all in or totally aloof; managers haven't ever been held accountable for employee engagement or performance metrics - so it's easy to churn and burn their employees; not a great structure for communication, too many TEAMs meetings, zoom calls, etc.; managers on site and internally really need accountability. The CEO is a little full of himself - when behind the scenes his organization really needs restructuring and help.
