Encourages self-improvement, training, and the role of collaboration as well as "play" (excellent on-site game space) in intellectual inspiration and progress. Great team building events and parties throughout the year, excellent location near Reston Town Center.
Cons
Needs more engagement in the private sector to complement vast federal government clientele, and balance existing clients.
