Competitive Salary, Small Company feel, opportunity to work multiple projects, or onsite for a sponsor.
Cons
Leadership based on West Coast (Division 4) is aloof to the needs of the East Coast team, and does not support them. Largely leaves them alone, but does not inform employees of major staff or policy change reasons, resulting in the assumption of the worst.

Thank you very much for the thoughtful feedback, these are important concerns and we have been discussing and implementing new ways for our employees to feel connected to other projects and other major events going on within the company.
Overall, one of the best companies I have worked for (and ive worked for quite a few). Because it is employee owned, there is a level of transparency that most people wouldn't experience at other companies. Leadership takes employee suggestions seriously. I believe that the best is yet to come.
Cons
No 401k match (but there is an ESOP which vests after 3 years)
