Thank you for sharing your personal experiences with us. Metron strives to hire and retain the best and brightest. Key to that is recognizing the value of our employees and taking their feedback seriously. The grave nature of some of your assertions resulted in an immediate investigation to ensure appropriate levels of response and change are made. We have existing programs directly addressing other concerns, but some change takes time. Our human resources team would be happy to share additional information on the measures we are taking, their goals, and the positive impacts revealed in our employee surveys. Your experience as an employee-owner is invaluable, and our open-door policy reflects that. We hope you will provide us the opportunity to work with you to resolve the concerns you shared.

Pros

Overall, one of the best companies I have worked for (and ive worked for quite a few). Because it is employee owned, there is a level of transparency that most people wouldn't experience at other companies. Leadership takes employee suggestions seriously. I believe that the best is yet to come.

Cons

No 401k match (but there is an ESOP which vests after 3 years)
