      Will hire entry level Good experience working with industry of contractors The coworkers are all nice and helpful regardless of their background

      Uninteresting work Little to no opportunity for growth Primarily use very old and dated technology with little possibiltiy of change

      Pros

      Overall, one of the best companies I have worked for (and ive worked for quite a few). Because it is employee owned, there is a level of transparency that most people wouldn't experience at other companies. Leadership takes employee suggestions seriously. I believe that the best is yet to come.

      No 401k match (but there is an ESOP which vests after 3 years)
