Pros
Hard to get fired, mostly a good work home balance, little micromanaging, good product to back. customer care is taken seriously for the most part. Co-Workers are great people.
Cons
Impossible to get raises. Reviews are a joke, and are rarely done by the same leadership as you started the year with. Direction is limited. Left to fend for ourselves, no support from upper management. unreasonable work load and time constraints. Pillars of the company are falling to the wayside.
