Pros
I am new to Metronet after working for a very large Tele-Communications company for nearly 20 years, Working with Metronet is very refreshing. The company is rapidly growing and expanding services to new markets. My co-workers are fantastic! From support roles to management and engineering; everyone I have encountered puts the customer first and is not afraid to take risks if it means helping the business grow. That is in large part what attracted me to work for Metronet. I see myself being very successful here and enjoying a long career selling awesome service!
Cons
I personally do not think this is a negative but it is a smaller company. Again, that attracted me to want to work here and means less red tape and corporate "infrastructure" to deal with regularly.
