Pros

I can sometimes work from home and they have an amazing budget for catering in food for reps

Cons

Micromanaged Lack of support (they try but it just doesn't work efficiently because people don't read) Training Resources are not updated for months and reps are just expected to know when things change No sick days so vacation days are required to be used if you're sick Internal software and resources have a cheap look and feel and are cumbersome The company doesn't seem to care about customers once they have them The company is not able to keep up with demand from existing customer issues yet they keep expanding into other cities Each department is Need To Know so the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing They say all the pretty things to sound like a great place but actions seem to prove otherwise Very energetically draining place to work New hires with NO work experience AT ALL are paid more than I am with more than 10 years of completley relevant experience

Pros

Metronet is an exciting, fast-growing company with strong leadership and a great product to represent. The culture encourages ownership and relationship-building while giving employees the autonomy to succeed. The growth in fiber and MDU connectivity creates real opportunity for career advancement and strong earning potential. It’s a great environment for motivated people who enjoy building something meaningful.

Cons

The role requires a high level of self-motivation and persistence, especially in developing new business opportunities and territories. The pace can be demanding at times, but it also creates opportunities for growth and impact.

Pros

Decent base salary to start.

Cons

The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
