      Supportive Coworkers, In-Depth Training, Tons of Reference Materials, Work/Life Balance and Flexibility.

      Cons

      Didn't have much technical/engineering training for my position (Sales Assistant), but found sitting in on technical/engineering orientations and trainings very helpful in gaining a better understanding of how my tasks integrate with theirs.

      Great people to work with, great products to sell. I get all the support I need in my department. I hope I can retire here some day.

      Some departments appear to have leadership challenges, thankfully not mine.
