Job is overly stressful, there is often a whole lot for 1 tech to do by himself on a job which makes it overwhelming lots, overwhelmed by lots of lots of jobs on a tech (ex. I’ve seen guys with Multiple 8-10s , 10-12s & more before the tech can even do a single job) that is stressful, Why? And then you are rushed to do certain things like install in a 2 hr span period when it takes damn near 30 minutes just for the equipment to even boot up and don’t let you have a long drop oh boy. And then they want us to make it nice and aesthetic but want us to hurry up and rush that isn’t possible for certain people and that don’t make no sense in all reality. Quality Control.
