You have to post in chat for everything. Going to lunch or break? You have to post it in chat to get approval first. Making an outbound call? Post it in chat. You need a tech scheduled? Post it in chat. It's a very prehistoric feeling system. Training is horrible. It's 3 weeks classroom and 1 week nesting. Out of the 3 weeks, you shadow maybe 3-5 hours of calls and you do roleplay calls for half a day before nesting. The company is a mess.
