Pros
Loved my direct supervisor, and coworkers that I spent a majority of my day with. Very interesting and great technologies at work and improvement. Lots of future potential for the company. Remote work was fantastic. Plenty of vacation for employees, though couldn't utilize it all with how busy we were. Was a very good entry position and pay was reasonable for given experience.
Cons
Management doesn't recognize good talent, and would rather lose good people to save paying adequate market salaries. Headquarters wouldn't meet market pay for where their satellite office is. Management promised the world but would typically only minimally deliver. Promotions and growth were not made clear or overal just ignored by upper levels.
