It's life depleting - Manager Metropolitan Transportation Authority Employee Review

Staff have no incentive to think outside of the box. You have to punch in and punch out whenever you come into the office, take a lunch break, and leave the office. People will literally stand by the punch clock WAITING for the clock to say 5pm. Seriously? This is how you want to spend your life? The cubicle environment was very much like the moving Office Space. Life depleting, like I said.
