Pros
They have good health care and retirement packages. They also have good vacation and sickness days benefits which are acquired on a monthly basis. In addition to mandatory personal days. Most jobs are union which is a plus and have inexpensive monthly membership dues. The unions are very effective in cases of a disagreement with management.
Cons
Too many nosy people, lotta haters. The organization does not encourage team work nor, does it provide employee incentive programs. There have been a lot of cut backs and minimal raises.
