Pros
Most everyone did their jobs professionally and with pride. To often I found management to be bloated, petty, and to be honest, self-serving butt kissers! But if you can get by that, the money and benefits are excellent!!
Cons
In my case, the days were very long and until you accumulated sufficient seniority, vacations, rest days and assignments were subject to your position on the roster!
