      Fellow employees and the residents. Fast paced environment. Uniforms were okay. Food was good, free lunch. Management is the worst.

      EVERYTHING ELSE! Broken promises, tell you what you want to hear, understaffed, no advancement. Favoritism. Upper management is unprofessional and unsupportive.
