Pros
I have worked with Metz for 2 and a half years now and I would absolutely be staying with them if it weren't for the conditions of the client facility where I work. Every single manager I have met within the organization has been wonderfully kind, supportive, and very good at diagnosing issues within the department and offering recommendations. They actively show their appreciation for their staff and are very hands on. I have met the Vice President on several occasions and like him a lot as a superior.
Cons
Only that the vacation time is a bit scarce if that is important to you. This is fairly common with contract companies. No vacation within the first year, then two weeks until your third year. That being said, I was allowed plenty of time off in my first year when requested or needed.
