      Pros

      Great pay and good benefits. Family owned business that seemed to actually care about it's employees. Really great people to work with.

      Cons

      Very little heat in the winter time and hot as can be in the summer time. This only pertains to factory workers. Awful hard to stay clean in this place but they do provide uniforms.

      Being a family-owned group of companies operating in a multitude of industries keeps things perpetually interesting.

      Cons

      Not many. In most departments, when issues are brought up, they are treated as opportunities for improvement instead of something negative.
