Good benefits, within the regular. People is nice and kind.

Cons

Reluctant to embrace the new technologies. Management cares only about profit and not about resources. IT department is used only as support, not as a key for company growth. No real career development.

Being a family-owned group of companies operating in a multitude of industries keeps things perpetually interesting.

Cons

Not many. In most departments, when issues are brought up, they are treated as opportunities for improvement instead of something negative.
