Mostly good people to work with, ownership is responsive when you have family issues, supportive of the military and veterans
Cons
Long time employees not perceived as being of as much value as newer, lower salaried employees. used to be more of a 'family', now it is more bottom line focused - attributable to growing into a bigger corporate entity (Lanco)
