      Cutting edge technologies. Crane related , logistics products.

      Cons

      Family owned company. Specially IT department is like a sweat shop. Good pay however demand is very high. Good place for Workaholic person. company tries to achieve lot of work done with very limited tool in development. Ultimately it becomes a cumbersome job for the developer to achieve the goal with limited toolset provided.

      Being a family-owned group of companies operating in a multitude of industries keeps things perpetually interesting.

      Cons

      Not many. In most departments, when issues are brought up, they are treated as opportunities for improvement instead of something negative.
