Pros
I really liked this job because we had flexible hours and a great work environment. Most of my co-workers were monolingual (Spanish) but the store was full of culture and personal values.
Cons
Considering that it is a small business their is not much room for growth. A lot of times we were short on staff but managed to work things out.
