1. The new comer could get familiar with server structure. 2. The atmosphere is not so bad between colleagues.

Cons

1. Lacking of most resource that engineers need 2. For every season, the company would held some activities after off-duty time and engineers have better to join the activities at least once. 3. From the viewpoint of a engineer, it's not a good place for a engineer if he/she want to achieve more goals.
