Pros
Very stable company, people have been there for years. Good work-life balance, managers are nice and can be quite accomodating. Company culture is very family like, people are very close.
Cons
Stability comes with stagnancy. There is little to no growth opportunity, and the compensation is very low compared to similar positions in the area. Great if you're looking for a stable position at the end of a career, but not great for those looking for more. Performance reviews were nearly non-existent
