Pros
Pension, but it will cost you time and money. Health benefits are great. People are personally nice; not so nice in a business setting though.
Cons
Pressure cooker mentality. Everything is made into an emergency. Some managers can ruin your work enviroment. My manager was rude, unorganized, and discouraged collaboration among the team. It was extreme micro-management which stifled learning, information sharing, and moral amount the team.
