work life balance is good, especially for work in the environmental consulting industry.
Cons
innovation is slow, there are some people there who are practically allergic to change. The job gets very boring and soul sucking when you have to run around like a maniac juggling balls that shouldnt be juggled in the first place but no one want to change the methods.
