Working here I’ve noticed that the county is a disaster and I’m not the only county employee that says that. The county is so very disorganized and every department has so many issues and management sucks. Also the pay for the county is not worth it unless you’re in a management role or director role. But if you’re not you be lucky if you find a job that’s 43k as starting pay.
