Users say... "treated poorly and low pay" "Low salary for students working part" "Leadership has no idea what to do" "Very little money to work with" "No accountability for time..lots of people came and went as pleased and never put in a 40 hour week except those who clocked in..must be nice to show up about 10 hours a week & get a pay check..I feel badly for the diverse students in that there is no one to support them and Miami is not diverse as it is..so without a strong Diversity Department there is a definite disadvantage to that student population."
