solid, stable place to work, politics depend on the people. Great benefits, nice people overall. Tends toward white, hardworking, middle-class suburban rather than urban/cool, but that's to be expected
Cons
pay is not great; academia typical but still on low end. It's a fairly conservative campus overall, though there are real pockets of diversity; Oxford is a very small, student-dominated town. Too much drinking
