Pros
As an aide there was a lot of liberty to work as you pleased once you were tasked. Loose requirements on when you could show up for work and leave. Generally a pretty good atmosphere.
Cons
It was kind of a low moral place to work. No one was particular motivated to be there or complete tasks with any speed or inefficiency.
