Pros
My staff was very friendly and willing to help out when I needed it. Days as to when I was on duty were flexible and I was able to would around my class and soccer schedule.
Cons
Some nights I got very little sleep, but this was due to a few residents who weren't following the rules, and it was a part of the job.
