Pros
Students are wonderful, great atmosphere, family friendly, supportive. Faculty are invested, many staying 20+ YEARS.
Cons
Some administrative politics, policies can be challenging. Technology needs are falling behind other universities in the area. Hard to get hired on full time. Constant changes to the system make every one confused.
