Pros
People are great, schedule is somewhat flexible, and is easy to manage along with school and other obligations that students have. Hiring process was easy for experienced interviewees.
Cons
Cutting back on staff and shifts with little to no explanation. I got back and found out that I was only authorized to be a substitute guide since they had a "full" schedule.
