Pros
Being able to work from anywhere was convenient as a full time student.
Cons
Communication could improve. I was promoted and supposed to continue work over the summer. However, I couldn't get a hold of any managers over the summer and discovered my position was eliminated and transfered to a new branch of the university when I returned in the fall.
