      it it depends on the lead of the department, some of it just don't care about people, but for me lucky that i have: 1. Very supportive Head of Marketing 2. good environment within the team of Marketing

      a lot of changes on employee regulation, Big & stable company abroad yet feels like a "start up" in Indonesia. the moto "People, Profit, Planet" is just a moto. More focus on "Profit" little bit "Planet" but lack on "People"

      Good people, and benefits. Very dependable company

      Cons

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
