      - Good Work Life Balance - Employee Centric Company - Opportunities of Lateral Transfer

      Cons

      - Tough job for field employees. Sales also takes care of complaint handling for tyre. The job becomes even tougher for people working in Commercial Vehicle segment.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
