      money, experience and the chance to learn something new everyday you go into work. and i have friends that work there as well.

      Cons

      the hours are long and the swing shifts. but it would be worth it.

      Good people, and benefits. Very dependable company

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
