- fair treatment of employees - safe place for honest workers - long term career planning - preferable work-life balance for average workers
Cons
- salary is a moderate one for white collar jobs in a 250 km radius, though at town town - slow decision making processes in support fields (like finances, IT etc.) compared to manufacturing part of the company. Also much slower in general than in lots of other corporations.
