Pros
Good professional environment also good paymasters. Company try to improve employees life in all aspects with giving proper training many times.Management is very keen for the performance of each and every employee. Good performance is always appreciated with a good reward.
Cons
Reporting is very pathetic job. Company don't want to depute employee in his home town.Lobbing is big problem for company like south Indian lobby or up side lobby. Many times the employee who is not performing is thorn away so performance is very important to sustain in company. Companies vision are set for 20years or 30 years but practical problems are not considered.
