Pros
1. Relaxed Work culture. 2. Some people get the chance to go abroad(but not all) 3. Job pretty much secure if you work mediocre too. 4. Free transport and food at the factory.
Cons
1. Very flat organization. Your good efforts may go in vain. 2. Too much power given to the manager. If your manager is not good, or is not supportive of your work, then its difficult to gain attention, and move up the ladder. 3. Very lax and inefficient HR department. 4. Factory too far outside the city, so the travel is a big factor in disturbing the work life balance.
