      Intelligent people, safe working conditions, relatively flexible in work schedule, people are willing to help

      Cons

      Unjust employee review process, low salary, product focused (not market focused), no real system for promotion from within, prefer to keep people at same grade level rather than promote.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
