      Pay is good for line of work in the area.

      Cons

      Home/work life is extremely overlooked. Maintenance is expected to drop whatever you are doing while at home with family. Management has unreal expectations of knowledgeable employees yet coddle lazy and poor performering employees.

      Good people, and benefits. Very dependable company

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
