      Great team and activities. Big international company. Lots of integration between different regions.

      Cons

      I was working at Michelin right after the acquisition of a large company on Quebec. The integration process was very slow and my role changed.I was not challenged anymore

      Good work / life balance Most managers and employees are decent people trying to do their jobs well Acceptable benefits and compensation

      Cons

      Inefficient, bureaucratic, averse to change, top-down management, low empowerment organization Slowly declining sales and production volumes over long term Frustrating place to work if you care Mediocrity much too acceptable Compartmentalize, keep your head down, make your personal indicators green, you will have a career as long as the company is around
