      Due to rotating shift you get a lot of time off during the week.

      Cons

      Poor Culture. Miss-Management. To many shutdowns due to market volatility. No room for growth.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
