      This place will push your limits but it makes an effort to make you feel important and part of a team

      Cons

      Learning curve and a lot of rushing through and cutting corners to reach numbers you never really get a chance to learn the products in a reasonable pace

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
