The higher management seems entrenched in outdated practices, creating a 'yes man' circle, with their primary focus on cost-cutting. This approach leaves much to be desired in terms of fostering innovation and growth. Unfortunately, roles in cutting-edge fields like AI, ML, and Digital Transformation fall short of expectations because people in these roles don't know their subject. It's disheartening to witness a lack of expertise in deploying the very technologies they're meant to champion. This gap in knowledge hampers progress and ultimately affects the quality of work delivered.
