      Good benefits, vacation time off, decent pay for location

      For manufacturing, can be required to come in at night/weekends. Stuck in the 90's as far as technology.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
