Pros
The IE in Michelin has lot of tasks to do to support the production and improve the performance of the factory. So it is a challenge job and has to deal with a lot of people in cross-function team. Sometimes has to work late to finished the job but the manager compensate that with extra day off. (That’s depends on each manager) The location is pretty close to Bangkok with 1 hour drive. Even you don’t have car, the company provides the van to deliver employee to Mor Chit station on Friday.
Cons
As Saraburi is not a big city, the nearest department store is 40 min drive away and there is not much activities to do after work hour.
