      great benefits/salary reliable income you are given a certain amount of freedom try to look after the employees as best they can

      Cons

      shift work and working weekends, not so much now, are the main draw backs. days/nights rotating can be difficult

      Good people, and benefits. Very dependable company

      Cons

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
