      Great pay, nice people, lots of breaks. Very family oriented. Jobs are simple when done properly and when everyone works together

      Cons

      Long hours. 12 hour shifts. Get extremely tired on 3 day weekends from all the work and no time with family

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
